Intriguing Chablis, it alternates in a very balanced and elegant way notes of fresh fruit, with light nuances of oxidized apple, nut butter, sensations of wet stone and smoky hints. The entrance on the palate is fresh with a slight buttery advance which then emerges in contrast with the acidity.

It is excellent with white meat and fish: clams, oysters, seafood, risottos, smoked fish in aromatic herbs.
