Description

Pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections, very bright. The scent is characterized by a mix of exotic fruit and white flowers, in a succession of peach and jasmine, pineapple and lily of the valley flowers, with light whiffs of aromatic herbs and mineral sensations. 

The taste is tasty and fragrant, with an excellent gustatory balance between softness and sapidity which lead, hand in hand, to an elegant and defined finish on almond notes.

To be combined with both cold and hot fish appetizers, spaghetti with clams, grilled or grilled fish, crustaceans, molluscs and not particularly aged cheeses.
