Villalin s Quincy Grandes Vignes de Villalin is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Even though the wine is from a lesser appellation, this Quincy would put many Sancerre wines to shame.

The grapes are grown in a mixture of sand and gravel which capture the sun s heat and give these wines great fruit concentration while also retaining acidity. A refreshing medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc to be enjoyed with light fish dishes and hearty salads.
